Julia Koz's journey began with a simple goal: to create healthy, flavorful meals that fit seamlessly into life’s busy rhythm.

This mission quickly grew to include specialized meal plans for postpartum recovery, menopause relief, weight loss, and family nutrition.

Understanding the demands of balancing work, family, and meal prep, Julia crafts each dish using insights from the latest nutritional research, making wholesome eating effortless and enjoyable for everyone.

At Koz We Care, calculated nutrition means thoughtfully designing each weekly menu to ensure you receive all the essential nutrients your body needs. Our meals are crafted to include vital building blocks like complete proteins rich in amino acids, fiber to support digestion, and fermented foods for gut health. Every dish is packed with balanced sources of vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, ensuring you get the right mix of nutrients to fuel your body and support your overall well-being.

    We use the Harvard Eating Plate guide for creating a balanced diet by filling half your plate with vegetables, a quarter with whole grains, and the other quarter with lean proteins, while using healthy fats like olive oil.

    We focus on seasonal produce and avoid all processed ingredients and preservatives. Our balanced weekly menu contains, beef, chicken and fish.

  • Freshly Prepared

    We believe freshly prepared food delivers the best taste and highest quality every time, and with mindful preparation, we ensure that each dish is crafted with care, preserving its nutritional integrity and maximizing flavor.

We Deliver Every Monday and Thursday Evening

We start delivery right after we finish cooking. You can expect our delivery driver between 19:30 and 22:00 o'clock.

Can I request personal adjustments to your menu?

Yes, at KozweCare, we understand that everyone has unique tastes and dietary preferences. While our menu is designed to cater to a wide range of needs, we encourage you to reach out to us with any specific requests or adjustments. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences within our offerings!

Do you have a vegetarian menu?

While we don't have a specific menu exclusively for vegetarians, we’re happy to accommodate requests! If you prefer plant-based alternatives, just let us know, and we’ll gladly substitute non-vegetarian proteins with delicious plant-based options.

Can you adjust the menu for kids?

Absolutely! If you’d like to tailor the meals for children, simply indicate this during the ordering process on our website. We can make adjustments to ensure the meals are kid-friendly and enjoyable for your little ones!

How do you count calories?

We use a combination of AI technology and specialized apps to estimate the calorie content of our meals. While our meals are not currently weighed for precise calorie counting, we plan to implement this in the near future for more accurate information. For now, you can rely on our estimations to help guide your meal choices!

Where do you deliver in the Netherlands?

You can find our delivery area on the map located on our homepage. If you live just outside this area, please contact us before placing your order, and we may be able to accommodate your delivery request!

Are your meals gluten-free?

We prefer to use the term "gluten-friendly." While we make every effort to avoid gluten in our meals, there may be instances where we prioritize taste over gluten avoidance. We always clearly indicate any gluten-containing ingredients in our meals. If you have a severe gluten intolerance, we recommend caution, as our kitchen also processes foods that contain gluten.

Can I order just dinners?

Yes, you can! We offer flexible ordering options, so feel free to select only the dinners that suit your needs.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time, as often as you need. To do this, simply go to the confirmation email and follow the link to manage your subscription

Do you cater private events?

Yes, we do! We cater private events for a minimum of 15 people. Our menu will be similar to our signature meal plan and includes options for finger foods, desserts, and entrees. If desired, we can also provide a birthday cake for celebrations.
