A note from Julia
Hi, I'm Julia. I moved to Amsterdam from Yekaterinburg in 2016, and I founded Koz We Care because I genuinely believe good food changes how you feel — and how you work.
I started by cooking for families who wanted healthy, real meals for their kids. Word spread, and parents started asking for lunches for themselves too. Then their offices called. That's how the office lunch program began — quietly, through word of mouth, from people who simply liked the food.
Our kitchen team is mainly Russian and Ukrainian. We cook the way we cook at home — properly, with patience, with real ingredients. It shows up in the food. Clients notice it in the flavour.
