At Koz We Care, we stand behind the quality of our meals and service. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Freshness Guarantee
We prepare all meals fresh and with care. If you receive an order that is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds

Weekly Subscriptions: You can pause or cancel your subscription any time before the next order deadline (Sunday 18:00 for Monday deliveries, Wednesday 18:00 for Thursday deliveries). Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.

One-Time Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery day for a full refund. No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or missed deliveries.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead.
