Oven-baked salmon marinated in a savoury miso glaze, for a deep umami flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture. A lighter, elegant main for Christmas that pairs beautifully with roasted or steamed vegetables.

• 1 main course portion per person

Serving & preparation
• Keep refrigerated
• Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before heating
• Preheat oven to 150–160°C
• Place salmon in an ovenproof dish and warm for 8–10 minutes until just heated through (do not overcook)
