Serving & preparation
• Keep refrigerated
• Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before heating
• Preheat oven to 160–170°C
• Transfer turkey to an ovenproof dish, cover loosely with foil and warm for 10–15 minutes, until hot through
• Warm cranberry sauce gently in a small pan or serve at room temperature over the meat
